The client was running on Navision (basic accounting), an in-house ERP for operations and sales, Tally and manual Excel. FIFO maintenance was a nightmare. Price lists and scheme workings sat outside the system. There was no single source of truth - every report came with a reconciliation conversation.

Phased ERP rollouts in distribution-heavy businesses risk dual-system parallel runs that consume more energy than they save. We chose a single big-bang go-live with all modules - tighter scope, harder discipline, faster to value.
