These terms govern access to and use of the SMB Catalyst website and the Workbench and Assessment platforms. By using the service you accept these terms.

Use of the service

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and to protect your account credentials. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

Engagement agreements

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written master services agreement. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, the master services agreement applies for that engagement.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service.
