A leader serving global battery customers, capacity-constrained.
Existing facilities couldn't meet rising demand from the automotive sector. The team had product depth and customer trust but operational efficiency, energy and resource utilization needed a structural reset. Brand and customer-engagement also lagged the company's actual capability.

We separated the capacity question (new unit) from the efficiency question (existing plant) so both could be solved in parallel rather than waiting on each other. Sales and operations needed structured S&OP - they were running on goodwill and tribal knowledge.
